Learn various techniques of the use of the stainless steel aqua drums sticks. The resistance of water and rhythm of music to create water drumming effect for upper body resistance combining with lower body workout to create a total body cardiovascular and strength aqua fitness class that is fun and energetic.
All participants will receive a course manual and a pair of SAF Aqua® Drums Sticks. This course is taught by Master Trainer – Vikki Jonied
