This one hour non-impact cardiovascular and strength rhythm combo workout is fun and energetic. The movements in the deeper end of the pool with the use of a floatation belt requires engaging the core muscles for stability while combining with the various upper body routines. A pair of stainless steel drumsticks will be used for water drumming and various upper body workout.
This 45 mins high intensity low impact training involves performing a particular exercise at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.
